GONDWANA has a wonderful community rich in diversity and full of fun & ferocity.

To maintain what we have grown to love, we ask for the following:

- Use the website, create & participate in events
- Help others when available
- Treat others with respect
- Be willing to learn & have a commitment to improve
- Represent our Free Company with pride
- Set an example to other members and maintain the community spirit!
- If you have an idea, feedback or an issue - speak up!

In the spirit of fair play, we do not condone nor will retain any member who engages in activity that breaches the Final Fantasy XIV User Agreement

Our diversity leads to differences in players in many aspects of life. Please be open-minded to this, hold a light-hearted attitude and don't take anything too seriously!

GONDWANA will welcome you with open arms. Follow in our footsteps and build an Eorzean future with us!

Our Conditions of Membership have been written a while ago and our community has grown a lot with the passing years. I would like to remind you a few things in order to ensure Gondwana will remain a peaceful and respectful community. Our Free Company (and before that, our linkshell in version 1) has been created by a gay couple and its purpose was and still is to welcome everyone: we are a LGBT-friendly group.

Discriminations of any kind are not accepted here : racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or any other discrimination (based on disabilities for example). While I believe we can make jokes about a lot of things, a joke based on discrimination is not acceptable, it's not humor, it's mockery. Please be aware that we can have members from everywhere, straight or not, men and women, cis or trans, young and old, healthy, sick or with disabilities: no one should ever feel excluded.

If something does not please you, pouting, complaining, rage-quitting have never solved any problem: if you encounter an issue, I invite you to contact a leader (Wyrm or Wyvern).

In brief:
  • Be polite
  • Be respectful
  • Consider other members' feelings before speaking
  • Don't start any argument (it is totally possible to express different opinions without starting a conflict)
  • Don't rage when a party member makes a mistake or get a loot you want
Also, please remember that each of our members represents our community, we expect them to be polite and respectful while speaking in any linkshell. Insults are not acceptable (whether the person is a member or not). No one deserves that and this is damageable to the whole FC.

Thank you.
